Each free forum covers up to 50 credits. For a larger study, pay only the difference.
A few clear rules.
1 credit = A$1. Top up 50, 100, 250, or 500 credits through Stripe. Your guide, participant limit, and closing date are fixed at launch so the price cannot drift. Closing early does not automatically refund credits. Contact support for billing issues. Two free forums are available once per verified researcher account.
Responses stay available after closing for export. Retention and account deletion requests can be sent to Scalable Research. No participant names, phone numbers, or demographic profiles are requested.
